How do you look after your reclaimed wood dining table?

One of the common questions we get is how easy it to look after your reclaimed wood furniture, especially a dining table.
To put a big solid wooden dining table into your home, you would automatically assume you could do pretty much anything to this without damaging. In many cases this is true!  But of course, as with any furniture in your home, you do need to care for it a little.
Modern furniture these days often comes with a tough coating of glass, mirror, veneer, polish, plastic or some other tough outer layer to protect the design and look of your furniture from dents and spillages. However, our reclaimed wood furniture collection is bare wood, which looks and feels beautiful and natural.
You can, of course, varnish it, however, the beauty of this wood is that you don't need to. It's tough and chunky design means you can make dents or have accidental spillages which all add to the character and history of the table. The only thing you need to do to keep this dining table looking nice is waxing. Regular waxing both nourishes and protects the wood. It also removes stains (although this is dependent on how deep the stain is).
Since having a reclaimed wood dining table in this chunky Moss design, maintaining it's look has never been easier.

I have never thought of large, bold stirpes for a room but they definitely give the room some added punch! Thanks for sharing such fun
