COVID- 19

As concerns around the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak rise, we wanted to keep you updated and let you know we are doing everything we can to maintain our exceptional level of service here at Modish Living.

These are extraordinary times and our priorities are first and foremost the safety of you, our customers, our staff and our extended teams. We are focused on maintaining deliveries where possible, although, that said, the current restrictions around movement and work mean that some orders will take longer to deliver than expected.

If you are waiting for a delivery, we are planning carefully to ensure that we can  get your order to you as fast as possible and as soon as it is safe to do so. It might take longer than usual as our delivery teams are 2-man, and given the restrictions on workers staying 2 metres apart, the warehouse has put a short hold on 2-man deliveries, but be assured we are doing everything we can.

We are still taking orders online and over the phone and are in the process of updating the delivery lead times of our products on the website to make them as accurate as possible. If you have any specific questions concerning deliveries, please contact us via email or telephone. If we are unable to take your call at the time, we promise to respond within 36 hours.

We have had to make some changes and adjustments to our service, which we set out below. We will continue to update this section should anything change.

  • Due to the current restrictions, some of our suppliers have had to temporarily close. Please contact us via email or telephone to check stock availability.
  • Our Hove studio is temporarily closed to ensure the safety of our team and our customers.
  • Homeserve Furniture Repairs: following the Government's advice for the safety of the public and their workforce, Homeserve has taken the decision to postpone all appointments.

We appreciate these are unsettling and uncertain times. We value your custom and we are sure that we can work through this difficult period together. In the meantime, please look after yourself and follow the advice being given.
