* Bespoke items are those that are custom-made or personalised in any way. This means they are bespoke to the individual and therefore cannot be resold.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel the order of a bespoke item, up to 24 hours after you've placed the order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. You will however, be able to return standard items as long as this is within the terms of our returns policy.
