Reclaimed wood dining table

Delivery approx 4 weeks. The Dorset Reclaimed Wood Extending Dining Table comes with a tabletop in a light distressed grey wood finish and a sturdy frame and legs painted in distressed purbeck white to create the perfect Scandi-chic kitchen or dining room centrepiece. The extending dining table is handcrafted using old recycled wood, rescued from old building being demolished in Vietnam. Often the wood will come with over 100 years history and comes with original markings from its history. It's a table which is full of character and charm, having been made using such old wood, every table is unique in itself.

Salvaged from former barns, warehouses, disused railways, scaffolding boards and even old Chinese fishing junks, the wood is carefully crafted by master craftspeople to maintain the individuality and history each piece boasts.

It won’t look pristine. It will have its very own marks and scuffs, dents and knots, nail holes and cracks. Each imperfection is a celebration of its history and uniquenesses and brings a beauty that is impossible to replicate.
